I'm writing this right after editing the sneak peek from this amazing day for Staci + Zach and I literally have tears in my eyes. These photos are absolutely amazing!! The amount of love, emotion, and sweetness we captured is truly stunning. Their day was so sweet, elegant, and intimate and I'm so so glad we got to be a part of this special day for them. <3
When we arrived at the venue for the day we saw just how beautiful and foresty the day would be!! The venue was Zach's parent's house on the lake, it was gorgeous! They had the ceremony space already set up with a white tent (just in case it decided to rain). They had white chairs and a triangle arch with greenery all around, it was so pretty!
We met Mark, Zach's dad, first when we arrived. He was so kind to show us around and let Staci know we were there! He took us to their reception space on the back deck and it was so creative and beautifully displayed! I absolutely loved the blue touches, the differently shaped glasses, the different little art, and cloths. It was truly perfect for their day!
After grabbing all our detail shots we headed to Staci for some getting ready! We captured her getting her hair curled and later her sister helping her into her dress. When we started the getting ready photos ironically Zach popped into the bathroom to brush his teeth just to find us hiding in the other corner of the room haha! It's really sweet, Staci and Zach have been together for 6 years, so a first look, a big wedding, all of that wasn't a big deal to them and I loved that! They celebrated and planned their day around them and what they wanted for their day and it was precious! I think the day fits their personalities and love perfectly! <3
After her sweet getting ready and their ceremony, we did family photos and couples photos! One of our favorite parts of any wedding day is the amazing bride and groom photos we get to capture! The view, the water, their sweet smiles, and laughter together, just these two being together was so sweet to watch. We are absolutely honored to have captured such an amazing day for these two! :')
